Where do I get shoes and tights?
Recommended shoes and tights are listed below with links where they may be available for order. They are often available from other online sellers or dance shops as well.
How do I pay my tuition?
Checks may be placed in the dropbox in the waiting area of Studio 1 or you can set up an autopay through your bank.
What do dancers wear to class?
Dancers are asked to wear tights and a leotard to ballet classes. This attire may be worn for all classes – except for acro dance, which requires bare feet. Otherwise, dancers should wear form fitting clothes to non-ballet classes. Dancers are also required to wear the proper shoes. Students should have hair secured and away from their face. Recommended shoes and tights are listed below.
Do you cancel for bad weather?
If weather requires we will cancel classes. If classes must be canceled an email will be sent and notice placed on the website. Make-ups for cancelled classes are held the week before Recital.
If your question is not answered here or cannot be answered by our website, you can email Gretchen at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Ballet & Pointe:
Pink tights are worn for ballet and pointe
Recommended tights are the Capezio Ultra Soft Transition or Footed tights. Color is Ballet Pink.
Jazz, Lyrical, Modern/Contemporary, Tap, Dance Team/Cheer:
Caramel tights are worn for all other classes.
This style can be worn for different classes and with different dance shoes, eliminating the need to have different tights. When they are worn with anything other than the lyrical shoe, the back must be pulled down over the heel and tucked in the shoe so that it is not visible.
Dancers who need caramel tights but do not take Modern/Lyrical/Contemporary or a Dance Team/Cheer class can wear a footed caramel tight if preferred. Adult sizes can be ordered here. Child sizes can be ordered here.
No tights are worn for Acro Dance
